I went into this class dreading anything related to the IRS and I absolutely love taxes now. Subotnik is awesome and makes reading the Internal Revenue Code not only less daunting but fun. Great professor - you would do a disservice to your law school career if you do not take a course with him.

By far the best instructor I’ve had in Law School. Knows how to stimulate class participation. Has taken a subject that is somewhat interesting and has turned it into one of the more interesting topics. Very clear in his style of teaching, although he does trip over himself at times. I feel as though I learned more in this course than any others.

Subotnik is the MAN! Only take T&E with him. He's such a nice guy and he will always be there to help you. Exam is easy! You don't have to IRAC and opt for closed book so it'll be easier. Great guy and great class.

Subotnik is a nice guy, but not the greatest professor. He wasn't always clear with the material and ended up confusing himself at times. I read a lot of material that we ended up never getting to, which was a waste of time. Class is easy and the final wasn't terrible. I probably would take Subotnik again, but what he teaches doesn't interest me.

I never expected Trusts and Estates to be so much fun and to actually be laughing in class. I both laughed and learned a lot! Great teacher!
