Dr. Landschoot is one of the best teachers I've ever had. He is incredibly knowledgable and is an amazing teacher who will truly make you a better cellist. He is so hilarious, caring, and kind. Besides being a phenomenal cellist himself, he has a great personality and is an overall wonderful individual.

Landschoot is a silly person, but his musicality is profoundly mature. He expects a lot of effort from his students and generally receives it. His style of teaching promotes independence and musical individuality among his students. The string program at ASU is decent but growing. Landschoot, however is a pedagogue of true quality.
