Comment:

Udo is such an awesome person and professor. He makes class very enjoyable and is extremely helpful if you ask him for help. This class, however, is extremely difficult. He does take notice if you participate and ask lots of questions, and will definitely round your grade up if you are borderline.

Comment:

I took Udo for CHM100 and he is definitely the best professor. If you go to class and keep up with the work, he will recognize it and help you get the grade you want. He is my favorite professor at Bradley!!!!

He's an okay guy. I had him for CHM101 lab. You get 100% on almost every lab just for trying and have about 3 or 4 lab quizzes that aren't horrible. In general, he is pretty funny and wants you to succeed as well!

Entertaining teacher. Not the most exciting but I definitely had a more positive attitude towards learning because of him. His powerpoints will give you life and he posts them on Sakai! Use the old tests and answers he also posts on Sakai to practice and study with because he recycles a lot of the questions.

Comment:

I took Chem100 as a gen ed and am not a science-person, but it's an easy class if you read the chapter, do the mastering chem, and take advantage of study sessions. He really wants his students to succeed, so he makes himself available and utilizes Sakai well. He grades quizzes and exams really quickly, which is nice, too. I'd definitely recommend.

Udo is a great man. He truly cares about his student's success. His tests are easy if you go to the review sessions and ask questions. He basically tells you what is on the test and what you don't need to stress over. He's in his office a lot and is always willing to answer questions. He's really funny and sarcastic and loves jokes!

Udo is such a neice guy I took his lecture and his lab and he really helps students out. One time during class I was just having the worst day and he could deinetly tell. I essentially gave up on my lab work and just turned in my reports with most of the answers wrong o not filled out. But Udo was nice enough to notice and still gave me full credit

Comment:

Udo wants all of his students to do well and pass this class. He rounded up a lot of grades at the end of the semester so that almost everyone was able to pass with at least a C. His tests are fair and if you study his power points, you will be well prepared for every exam and quiz. He is also so funny, which makes lectures much more enjoyable.

got an A with ease. pretty much highschool chem all over again. super nice guy and will pretty much do anything you ask of him. everything is in his powerpoints. didnt use the book, except you need online code for masteringchem. easy class to get an A for a fine art. you'll get used to his minor german accent.

Great instructor! With hard work, you can get a C or better in this course. He gives review sessions a day before the exam. He is clear about what will be on the test and quizzes. He is also quick to answer any questions that you have. Great sense of humor, understandable. He is one of few professors who actually care about each student's success

Schnupf is great! I'm not the best at Chem and I passed this class with no problem. Mastering chem is tough but he sincerely wants you to pass his class and will do anything to help the students. Great teacher and the only reason I showed up to his 9am class everyday.

Udo was a pretty good teacher overall. Sarcastic sense of humor. Pop quizzes are easy and I don't see why people complain. Exams are department standardized, so that's not his fault. Gives memorable examples, is prompt in grading and answering e-mails. Like any professoris nicer to you if you put for th effort and show interest.

UDo is HILARIOUS! I live for his ridiculous analogies. I leave class with a new qoute everyday! I am failing probably beacuse I'm not trying hard enough but the guy has a good heart. He picks on me everyday, and makes pop quizzes difficult.I wouldnt drop the class jus because i love waking up at noon and listening to his bizarre jokes. TAKE him

Comment:

He was awesome. While his tests weren't always easy, they were easier than the other teachers. He does a better job explaining things than most. He also uses a lot of dark humor, if you enjoy that. It is a shame that he left.
