8 week course. Not hard at all, stuff is pretty basic. Learn CPR and First Aid and AED. He was a cool teacher, helpful, knew his stuff. Got to take this class to be certified.

these comments make me sad. I love miller, although he can get offtopic often, but it's all in good fun. everyone needs a break from the materials anyway. I had him for eval upper and lower, first aid and emerg. care, and ther ex. he knows his stuff, and as long as you go to class you should be alright. give him a chance.

His class was very difficult. He often goes off on tangents and does not focus on the important facts of the class. The class is almost self-taught. Read everything in the book.. especially the details. Although I learned ALOT from simply reading the book cover to cover.

Such an easy class, and a wonderful professor. He's really interested in what he has to say, and brings current issues and events into the classroom. This was a required class for me, and I absolutely loved it. I'd definitely take it again.

Used to be an awesome guy, nice, helpful, clear, and understanding. He used to cut a student a break too once in a while if there were understandable circumstances but lately he's been very hard and not very clear or helpful. He talks more than teaches.
