Before Andy, my writing was horrible. My grammar, structure, and ability to write a well written paper is due to Andy and his guidance and teaching. This is a class we all have to take, so take it with someone who will make you a better writer. You have to work, but if you plan on transfering, his class will prepare you for what lies ahead!

he's a really nice professor and very helpful. his lectures get kinda boring after the second week. I got an A in the class and i worked on his essay maybe 3 hours before it was due. His class is pretty easy but sometimes he can be hard when he grades the essay. All in all he's awesome!!!

His class is fairly easy. Just read the text, join in on discussions, and pass quizzes. Only thing is this guy is a GPA killer, grades essays without prior knowledge of what his expectations are. If there is another 1B teacher it is advised to take another if you are not confident on essays!

The best thing about this professor is that he is extremely willing to help with any issues you have. The class itself was very discussion-based, which I firmly believe creates the ideal environment to learn. Very helpful and a great teacher. Talk during class and he'll notice the initiative. He just wants people to do better. I did my essays the day before each time and I got B+ on each one. He wants to help you become a better writer and if you don't take his advice, don't expect an A. Great teacher, take him.

He's the best english teacher i ever had in my life. he listens to your opinion. there are 4 essays, 2 regular essays, one short essay, and a final essay, one presentation. it sounds hard but its pretty easy. if you dont know how to write an essay he will go by step by step and teach you, take him, he's cool

Nice and easy professor whom you wish to have. He lets you rewrite your essay if it is lower than 90%. His health seems not good. It makes him a little bit slow and boring. But overall, he is a nice guy and good helpful teacher
