In the beginning I was a bit lost on how things were being done, he did large chunks of the examples by inspection, but if you do enough homework you'll understand what he's doing isn't too bad. Overall beginning part of the term was disorganized, and once the lessons have a structure it's copy paste from the textbook(that he wrote :D)

He is the best Professor in the field of Microelectronics; has a great passion for teaching. Has a classic teaching style. Exams are tough though. Nevertheless his input in teaching outweighs the pressures he give.

He is very knowledgeable but his exams, simply put, are too difficult. The quetions are doable but the number abnd length of questions is way overbored. Not fair. Not fair. The class average on the final was below 60. The coverage of feedback circuits was also lacking in many areas. No excuse for not posting assignment solutions.

Teaches well but was tough as a brick wall. Won't put up web notes or assignments and solutions. Exams were long and hard. Good to learn from but if you don't know your basics then he'll send you back to first year...he's the Dean he can do that.

He's a worldclass prof. He's excellent at teaching the material and is very good at getting concepts across. He gives you extra insight into looking at circuits that you don't get from other profs. He's very approachable and helpful. Textbook is amazing and you can truly learn on your own. These days, his exams are very long-you have to be fast

An excellent and straight forward teacher, probably one of the best I've had in University. It's the only class that I don't skip on a regular basis. You also gotta love the suspenders.

He's one of the best profs I've ever had. He has the textbook he wrote memorized and he loves what he does. Don't speak in class: the guy has ears like a hawk. Also, don't leave or come in halfway through a class. He hates that. Highly recommended though!
