This class is self paced and is very easy. If you need help on things there is online tutoring and of course math apps to help as well. You only have to go on campus to take the midterm and final exam. Overall very good professor

Comment:

This class is very difficult and requires daily work to stay on top of it. However, Mr. Davis is kind and helpful and very clear about his expectations. The course was well-structured and followed a clear schedule. Even though it was an online class, he stood out to me as being a fantastic teacher. I wish I could have had more classes with him.

SO FAR THE BEST MATH TEACHER I'VE EVER HAD!!!! He is very good at what he does and really seems to care about his students. He is professional, and very good at explaining things. He covers a lot of information in one day so try not to miss class. Laid back, down to earth personality. Should have taken him for math 098. Wish he taught Math 112. :(

I took Mr. Davis in the spring of 2016 and he is , so far, the best math teacher I've ever had. He is professional and expects his students to work hard, however, he is very good at what he does and seems to really care about his students. He comes up with simple and straight forward ways to teach us. Extra credit opportunities really helped me.

This man deserves a better score so I had to rate him. First off, when it comes to math I am the worst. I am taking him for 098 and so far I have a 100. He does not speed through lectures and answers all your questions. When you get the test nothing is a surprise and everything was covered in class! Best teacher ever!!!

Mr. Davis is awesome!8 quizzes 5tests. He lets you submit corrections for credit. Always responds to emails. Posts all lecture notes on Blackboard so you don't miss anything. BB is always organized so you are ready. I bombed all tests and quizzes including final and still passed. Math is just hard for me but he did everything he was supposed to.

Very helpful teacher. Great clarifying the material. He gives 4 tests for you to do by yourself and then YOU get to correct your own mistakes in your hand, which is very useful. Then, a final test which is the same format of test 4. Recommend him for everyone.

GREAT TEACHER!!!!!! You HAVE to keep up with the material he puts out. If you do the work you will easily make an A. He gives more thatn 1 test, but the only BIG test is at the end. The reason is so that students can withdraw from the class if they have fallen behind. He is unbelievably great at simplifying the material!

He is the WORST teacher EVER! His teaching skills are ok, but when it comes down to the tests it's a diferent story. He chnages the test up n waits to the end of the semester around Finals to give you the FIRST TEST!!! DO NOT TAKE HIM!!!!

The Best one ever. I regret that I cannot have him for Maths 126S. He is very easy. Study and practice a lot and you will be soooo fine. I have perfect score in Calculus so far! ie "A+" Just read guys. I highly recommend you this professor if you want to strengthen your math skills.

Mr. Davis is a very intelligent man but does not flaunt it. He is very tough on grading, but will go out of his way to help you learn the material. My low grade was strictly my fault (not preparing well enough). Pay attention, take notes and do the homework.

Best teacher I've ever had. Is willing to come in on his day off to help you. Explains things so clearly and completely. Makes math concepts so easy to understand. Wish I had him for every class.
