Class consisted of 3 test, a couple of quizzes, a paper and weekly HW. I honestly didn't learn anything in this class but he is the only option for Cost so you have to take him. Sedaghat honestly is a kind man who wants you to do well but I didn't know my grade until after the final. It was definitely a hard class but it is do-able.

Sedaghat is a terrible teacher, but a really kind man. He wants everyone to do well in the class and really cares about his students. Lectures are confusing and hard to follow- you'll be completely lost but just study the worksheets for the exams.

Nice enough guy however his lectures are hard to follow. He will give you examples practically identical to the test problems to practice, however his multiple choice is pretty difficult.

He's actually a nice guy and sometimes funny which makes his class more bearable. However, he can be unclear about exams and quizzes. We will learn how to do certain problems one way and then on the exams, they are completely different. Other than this he's alright and it's not like there are any other options for AC311 so were stuck with him.

Pretty unclear in lectures. Not very helpful in office hours. Likes to put students on the spot in class. Tests are hard. Wiley is impossible.

Not a particulary good professor. I never spent so much time and energy reading a textbook. Unfortunately I felt like class time would have been better spent reading the book and not listening to the digressive ramblings of this professor. Be prepared to feel insulted if you ask a question in class.

Sedaghat grades pretty fairly and is relatively easy. He tells you what to study for the mid-term and the final. If you don't understand a concept, he will gladly stay after class with you to go over an example. Just do the homework and study what he tells you, and you will get an A.

Terrible teacher. He must be tenured otherwise he has no use whatsoever being in a classroom. I want my money back. Shame on Loyola.

Comment:
Doesn't teach, rather has the class read slides prepared by the textbook company. Very disorganized and unprepared. He seemed lost at times and offended when students asked questions. Grades by the bell curve & expects some to drop the class. Overall he is useless and lazy. A stain on Loyola's average MBA program.

Possibly the worst professor I have ever encountered - typical for Loyola. He barely got out of his chair the entire semester. If you are willing to teach yourself and prepared to be tested on ever scrap of material in the textbook, take this guy. I never before witnessed a professor ?teach? 3 key chapters in 5mins.Awful, awful professor.

Works hard to make sure everyone understands. Not too much homework and the material is simple to understand. Exams can be a bit difficult, but there were no unreasonable expectations. Do the homework and practice exams and you'll do well. he is genuinely concerned about students welfare.

Terrible Professor. Does not speak English well, making a potentially easy class a pain. Clearly favors certain students. Very narrowminded, not open to discussions or questions, making you fell dumb when you do ask a question.

Comment:
Coarse material is easy to pick up, but you learn most of it from the book. Most of the lectures were simply clarifying questions students had from the book. With that said, Dr Sedaghat is extremely fair when it comes to grading and is willing to go over a problem until you understand it. Do the textbook problems and you should be fine.
