She's a great professor! I would recommend her to anyone, all she want's is for you to understand the criteria and just go over the slides. . Her tests are pretty simple, The only professor i've seen actually put what she teaches on a test which is great! I say go for it, she's cool.

I didn't use the book. Ana gives you exactly what she wants you to know and study. She tells you and goes over what is on every test. You will need to study and review. She offers lots of extra credit. She has a great sense of humor and the lectures were fun.

Class is tough, so you have to attend every single class. Long homeworks every week. Tons of extra credit to make up for lost points of tests. Good with replying back to emails. Exams are hard ish. The final will be from all the exams you studied. Very easy final. Shes funny and talkative. You don't need the textbook.

One of the best professors I've ever had, she's funny and keeps my attention through out the entire class. She's always been helpful and is very compassionate towards the issues students may go through. As long as you do the work and attend class you'll at least get a B.

One of the best teachers i had at hvcc. Really fun, aslong as you get into the class you will get a good grade. Easy A if you put in the work and have fun. Most class work is on blackboard and the entire class is on a computer even if you take it on campus. I RECOMEND ANY CLASS WITH SENORA ALMONTE

I took her online class. It wasn't a difficult class but it wasn't that easy either. She was extremely helpful and did audio conferences and tutoring every time I needed it. She will help you if you show interest and make an effort. If you don't understand always ask questions she is willing to help. Very Funny.

Ana is the nicer professor EVER!! i 100% reccomend her. she is awesome. HILARIOUS. i failed all of her tests but did one extra credit assignment along with the homework and voice boards and still managed to get an A in the class. Again if you need Spanish I 100% reccomend Ana.

She gave so much homework! every class she gave us a new assignment that she incorporated into the grade if you missed it. shes funny and quirky but she doesnt help you out when you arent getting it right away. over all shes a funny teacher, but not fun when it comes to homework.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. She is hilarious and i loved going to her class. She makes spanish fun and teaches us 'street spanish' in addition to stuffy spanish. The only complaint is the vioce boards are a pain.

I am taking the summer class now and I had to go on here and rate her asap. She is so funny. She really is one of the best professors Ive ever had. She takes the time to really practice and have fun. She knows this is difficult for people to learn and helps alot. I highly recommend taking a spanish class with her!

I loved her. She is so awesome, taught us dances. She really prepares you for tests, class participation is fun, I learned so much. Really easy even if you don't know any spanish. She really cares about her class. I took it just to transfer but I really learned so much and had a lot of fun. Take her!

Comment:

She's not a bad teacher. Easy class especially if you took Spanish in high school. But she's horrible at responding to emails. Even when she says she will, she never does!! I was having surgery and she couldnt even write back to me. By far her biggest flaw. Not a bad course, and real easy.
