Comment:
I've had Schrader for several classes. He's very knowledgeable and will give some feedback depending on the project. If it is one of the weekly assignments you won't hear a thing, but for major projects he'll write small comments. Overall good professor, but be prepared to work hard if you want that A!

Comment:
Be prepared to work the hardest you have ever worked in your life in his personnel selection graduate course (PY832). You will want to cry every day, but you will be better for it. He does not give any feedback, just check or check pluses, and he rarely ever gives A+. The material isn't difficult, just a lot of assignments. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE.

Very intelligent and Makes you learn tons of information through very challenging course work. About 120 pages of reading was required for class every week and his tests are very tough.

This class requires you to do weekly writing assignments... however, they are an average of 1.5 pages in length, and they're not difficult at all. However, make sure you attend all four professional development sessions or your grade goes down one letter!
