Gave individualized attention, names of artist or artistic periods, styles or philosophies related to your work or style which helped increase your self confidence and sense of legitimacy. Byron takes some getting used to, but if you ask for his help he'll more than likely give you some great advice in terms of schools, ideas, ways to modify your work, etc. I found his class a little difficult at times, though some of the ideas I've taken away were well worth the effort and hardship.
