She is a very kind woman and is hilarious as a teacher. She is always available to help her students and is a gracious grader. But make sure you always go to class because she gives a pop-quiz for attendance. Also pay attention, because she gives out handouts and pulls examples from the handouts to the exams. Other than that you should do well.

Dr. Dirksen was absolutely wonderful! Her class (Teaching Foreign Langage and Faith?? I think it was called) was one of the few night classes I did not dread. I loved her tests. Study the names/concepts and make sure you write as much as you can remember. Wonderful woman of God.
