Good teacher. Alot of material however, also if you dont go to class you better know someone who has good notes he goes into details on things that arent on the slides. This is a 201 class my 365 class is easier but what fun would an easy class be, just study hard. ALSO, he now teaches at the University of South Carolina, cola campus.

Great Prof. Conveyed ideas and information extremely well. Text book selection was very helpful. Lectures were great, informative, well paced and highly orgnaized. I strongly recommend Prof. Finocchiaro. Remember, you get out of class what you put into it. You will learn a lot about the field of poli sci in his class.

Boring class but really attempts at making it somewhat interesting for the students (who actually attend). Exams aren't bad, he gives a very straight-forward review sheet that basically outlines the exam questions. Clicker involved for participation points which can improve your grade.

i knew nothing of politics, but i decided to take the class for the hell of it. His tests are not hard at all. You just have to OPEN the book once and a while and read the chapters. He does provide a review sheet for each test that tells you ALMOST EVERYTHING that will be on it. Great Professor, just go to class and read.
