Souris is wicked easy and you actually learn something in his class. Many students dont like his style of teaching which is basically sharing stories but, it actually works and Ive learned a lot from taking that class.

everytihing he said had nothing2 do with the courses that i took with him. having to do two journals about nothing every week and answering teadious questions from a book is just busy work. watching videos in class is good, but theres gotta be a limit. also, he failed me for a class and i am retaking it now, im getting an A+. poor teaching skills

His favorite phrase is ""in essence". Took 4 classes with him. Never used the book. During the final he asked me what grade I thought I deserved. I said a C for the first class since I missed a lot of meetings. I got a C. The next three classes I said I deserved an A at the end of the final and I got an A for all three classes.

professor souris i believe is the best around. it is all journal entries and answer questions at the end of chapter every week. this class is highly recommended easy A. doesnt seem to give lower then a B- with anything, and of course in essence

Yeah "in essence" is definitely his phrase. He helped me out alot during my experience at NSCC. I would recommend him to anyone as long as you don't mind whipping up some journal entries before the end of the semester.
