He is great! Lets you submit rough draft of every assignment first and tells you what to fix. A lot of work, but it is a writing class so that's expected. Good response times for emails and questions. Writing classes are tedious and hard most of the time ..I would definitely recommend him, he made it easier.

This Prof is great at what he does, teaching. I recommend that you come to class prepare to do the work, thats all. Use the rubric to guide you through the assignments and you will get an A. And, asking questions during lecture is encouraged.

Mixed feelings on this Professor. On one hand, I'm frustrated with his lack of organization, constantly burning up time reading his own notes, and his noted Zoro style editing of papers. However I'd be remiss if I didn't point out that he took Labor Relations, and made it interesting. He's fair on grading if you're effort is earnest.

Prof. Hirschhorn is fair to students and helps them continue on when they have problems that get in the way of study. He is very smart and knows his suject, having years of relevant experience. Edits your work to death. Covers a lot of material.

Professor Hirschhorn is a great teacher. He takes a dry subject and makes it very relevant and interesting. He teaches skills we can use when we start working and for the rest of our careers. His lectures are interesting and he sometimes makes things pretty funny. His grading is very fair.

He is terrible. "Teaching" this class is his form of therapy. It was torcher for us students. I learned nothing about business communication throughout the 15 week class. Don't take this guy!
