Professor Hollomon is so nice! He's super laid-back. People would walk in 30-40 minutes late sometimes and he wouldn't even blink an eye. If you forgot to take a quiz by the due date, he would open it back up for you. He seems like a genuine guy. Stock Market Project is a third of your grade but its pretty easy, just time consuming.

such a great teacher! He is very helpful if you need to make up tests or quizzes. I started the semester 3 classes late and I managed to catch up and maintain B+ most of the semester. All quizzes are online and answers are in the required textbook. As for tests, he does a curved grading scale which helps a lot. Lectures are almost str8 frm txtbk

Great professor! Covers the topics pretty well and give hints on what would be on the test. Stock market project was a lot of work but easy to do if you read and follow the instruction booklet.

This guy in an awesome instructor and its no wonder he is the department chair for the business program. He tells you how it is and is amazing at it. Most all he does is lecture throughout the course so even if you miss a day just read the chapter that was covered in class. THE TEST AND LECTURES ARE DIRECTLY OUT OF THE BOOK!!! I took this course online and had no issues with it. I feel like one really needs to be self-motivated and have a good grasp of basic mathematics concepts as there isn't a lot of interaction. Professor Hollomon does give everyone multiple chances on weekly quizzes, so you have every opportunity to learn the material.

Professor Hollomon is very responsive especially if you email him directly or go to his office/call during his office hours. The stock market project is spelled out for you and makes for an interesting course. I took two courses from him in Fall 2015 and am taking another in Spring 2016. He truly cares about his students success.

Professor Holloman is very fair, humorous & cares about his students achievements. He expects his students to study the assignments. There was a lot of work but it was not difficult to do as long as you keep up with it. DONT GET BEHIND! 4 exams, weekly quizzes and discussion board, 4 essayspreadsheet assignments, and semester-long stock market project. EC for effort. Great instructor and well worth the $ and time. Definitely would take again. I really enjoyed this course.

Professor Holloman is a great teacher!He is tough and only is strict, because he wants his students to do well.If you study the text you you will do well on the tests,if you don't well you won't!The stock market project is easy, if you follow every step provided. Had Hollomon over the summer for intro to business. LOVED his class I learned so much. Just over the 6 weeks he has guided me towards my business goals i'm still in contact with him for advice and things. He is awesome, definitely recommend his class. I'm also taking him for BADM 110.

Comment:

One of the best teachers I have had. Mr. Holloman's class is always interesting and I learned a lot about current events & business. Assignments are literally spelled out for you line by line, so you know EXACTLY what is expected and how to do it. I look forward to going to his class and I highly recommend him as an instructor.
