People like him because he acts like a laidback hippie in class, but if you pay attention, he often says things that are completely false, is usually always unfair in grading, and can be a complete jerk. Doesn't have a doctorate in his subject, and it shows. Has no experience outside of broadcasting, and this DEFINITELY shows.

Very good prof. Over explains things, but it sticks with ya. He does need to lose the mullet. I recommend him to anyone, comm student or not. Some of the lectures can be boring, but the hands on stuff is pretty fun.

I know nothing about how things work, and was just taking the class as a comm. tech requirement. He explains stuff well, and gives you chances to do extra credit. Nice professor and willing to help if needed. Another good professor in the comm tech department.
