He knows his stuff. It is a very boring class but it is not his fault. The only bad thing against him is the project is long and could be cut down but it is not hard by any means. He is very approachable and willing to help.

Got 100% on every assignment except one where I got a C. The Capstone rolls around and for some reason I get a low D which brings me down to a B in the class. Absolutely pointless and he acts like it shouldn't just be an easy A.

Loves to hear the sound of his own voice. I'm sure he's an okay guy outside of the classroom but it's annoying to hear him drone on and on about stuff that NO ONE CARES ABOUT! Makes a big deal out of nothing and acts like the course is the be all end all. It's NOT!!!! This course should be eliminated. It's useless.

Comment:

Nolfi and his class are useless. Definitely test out. But, if you are forced to take it skip the readings, his bonus quizzes are easy, and follow his instructions on assignments to the letter. He's really trivial with grading: I only missed five points in the class and he gave a very ambiguous explanation of why I lost them.

probably one of my least favorite profs. A stickler for details, there were times where i felt like telling him his class is BS and meant nothing to me. If you know how to turn on a computer you can pass this class with no problem. Duq should save their money and fire this guy.

The research and info skills class was really easy, takes really no effort at all. He is a really nice guy and makes the topics easy to understand. Being required, its not a bad class only having it once a week.

Nolfi is the coolest. Just do what is asked and you're golden. Simple assignments, and a good chance you'll pass out of at least half of the class. He's very understanding and will help you in anyway he can, although you shouldn't need it!
