Wouldnt recommend taking Ullrich unless you absolutely have to. Bad attitude, not enjoyable to sit for lectures and not the greatest attitude, very forced during class. Avoid at all costs if it were me.

Comment:

Attendance in this class counts for a large portion of your grade so you cannot skip class. Theres not really any homework but you have to attend club meetings and a career fair. For me this was difficult but it is manageable. He is funny and makes his lectures interesting.

Comment:

I wasn't sure about Ullrich at first, but he's grown on me. His personality is unexpectedly hilarious, and he makes the class a good time. Cares about students. Is pretty relaxed about deadlines. Attendance is documented, so be careful about skipping! Occasionally brings in guest speakers. Responds to emails really quickly!

Dr. Ullrich is so awesome. His assignments are easy and he will accept them pass due! His ETEC 1010 class gives you good advice for your professional career. I highly recommend his class. He is a down to earth, honest man. He is a good mentor.

Dr. Ullrich is an easy grader professor. I have taken four of his upper (400+) level courses. Usually, these classes are hard but not if you take Doug, pretty easy A+ He posts all the assignments at the beginning of the semester. Highly recommended

Quickly responds to emails, funny, and if you mess an assignment up, unlike what the syllabus says, he will give you another chance. He helped me edit my papers a few times and was nice about it.

Go to class, do the work he asks you to do, and you will pass with a 100. fairly simple. Professor Ullrich does not have hard work either in his class, but work that will help you in the future. Ullrich uses his textbook, but its literally the powerpoint shown on the screen, but will need it for attendance pages that is provided in the book.

Dr. Ullrich is a great professor! He keeps class funny and has a relaxed environment. Not strict on due dates. However, attendance is taken every day, and points are taken if you skip. Easy A. I would highly recommend anyone to take his class!

Don't expect to know what went wrong on your test. You'll just get the fade for it until the last week of class. Test are hard, take good notes, notes packets have a lot of blank pages. Only positive notes are he's kinda funny and you can turn assignments in whenever.

This is basically the How to be a successful studentadult class. No tests. Requires you to go to club meetings and tours for grade. Attendance is mandatory. Extra credit offered for helping with CDEs and LDEs. Lectures aren't bad. Requires you to write a status update after each lecture to show you attended. EASY A
