Such an awesome teacher. You will learn a lot with little effort. He is super fun. You will pass, just show up to class. Class not boring it all. I took one of his classes years ago and still remember some of the lectures. He is one of the best Teacher at LBCC. Mr. Rock really rocks.

It's not that he doesn't pick people that are sarcastic but he doesn't pick students that has no type of interest in the class. We are their to learn . He is the best professor ! He is very passionate about political science. I love his lectures he makes the class very interesting and if you have questions he will stay after class with you.

Dr. Rock is a very passionate about politics. Test and quiz are easy but must be able to stay thru out the whole class to pass. Try to do your work ahead of time so he would be able to go over it with you. I loved this class. Got a B overall .

Doc. Rock is awesome. He has amazing stories and is passionate. Tests are super easy if you take notes. He basically hands you the answers to the test questions. Tests are open note! One paper but not a traditional paper, very easy. Many extra credit assignments, so take full advantage of them.

Rock's lectures are interesting and a lot to learn from as long as you keep up. His classes are exact to the time so be prepared to stay tuned for his lectures. Tests are fairly easy and Rock always goes over them beforehand so it makes it very helpful. Sadly he does pick on students with sarcasm and belittling comments in front of the whole class

Dr. Rock is very enthusiastic about politics & it helps if you're not into the subject. I thought the class was going to be boring, but he really tries to get us to see how politics affects our everyday lives. You should definitely get the book, take notes and show up to class. He gives out tons of participation points which add up! GREAT TEACHER

WHat you learn from Doc Rock, will come to life when you see the world outside the classroom and it will change your views on politics and life in general. He's doing more then teach you Poli Sci, he's helping you beyond leaving college. Show up, take notes, answer questions, read the assigned book, and pay attention. Best Professor on Campus!

AMAZING professor!! Definitely reccommend you take him. He is very clear, his lectures might be boring most of the time, but if you pay attention and take notes you can definitely pass his class. I hardly ever ed the book. Might seem overwhelming at first, but great experience!! My favorite teacher thus far at LBCC!

He let's you use notes for all the quizzes and tests. Showing up, taking good notes, and reading the chapters is all you really need to do to pass this class. He's extremely helpful and truly wants to see all his students succeed. I like him! He's not the hugest fan of Obama or democrats, but he's an interesting guy.

This teacher is a great teacher!!! Best history teacher iv'e had so far! He lets you use notes on every test and quiz and finals. He gives you up to 50 extra credit points in the semester. Only one paper for the whole semester and he allows you to make up missed quiz's and exams any time of the week in any of his other classes. Take him! Easy A!

I LOVED this class. You should be fine as long as you actually read the book, and even if you don't read, showing up to class and paying attention does just as good. Participate so he knows your name. He was extremely helpful in many ways.

His class requires alot of time. He allows you to attend any of his other classes,notes on exams, tests.He treats all the classes differently.However he is not clear so u are required to read each ch. that are usually 20 pgs or more.Good luck!

Horrible instructor, completely useless. Reads everything from the book, so basically, if you have the book, you don't even need to be present in the class. Except, of course, it is mandatory to attend. I'm just saying that he puts nothing of his own into the lecture, unless we don't count his highly ethnocentric humor and other **** remarks.

Rock is a cool teacher. His class made care about politics for the first in my life. He is quirky, and funny. He would offer a "Cliff Bar" to anyone who was hungry during class. How many teachers will do that for their students? I recommend his class; just take good notes from the in class lectures and from the book.

My sister very much recommended him and I, therefore, had very high expectations. He is a Republican and makes sure you know it. I found it quite irritating that he kept blaming Democrats for many things. He doesn't have a prepared lecture, he just goes through the book. There were some days when his class was interesting. lots of quizzes, reading,
