This professor is amazing! He explained everything much clearer than my lecture professor! He is very helpful! Makes everything easy to understand! I loved my Tuesdays because I had 3 hour lab with him! My lab partners made it much more fun as well. TAKE HIS CLASS! I wish i could take another one of his classes.

He is the best professor I have ever had. Keep in mind, this is a Lab class. I felt like he taught us more about Biology than the actual lecture professor, just with a funny twist to help you remember. If you have the opportunity to take a class with this professor in it, YOU NEED TO TAKE IT!!!! If you work hard, you will get an A.

This Professor has been by far the most caring professor I have ever had. Keep in mind, this is a lab. I genuinely felt like he cared about the students and did whatever would guide the students towards an A. In fact, I felt as though he taught us more than the actual lecture professor did. I would highly recommend taking whatever course with him.

Great Bio Lab teacher, he is very helpful. Made biology notes easy to understand. However, there are quizzes given every night, but once you get use to his question style it becomes easier. Overall i loved his class and the classmates i had. Pick a good lab partner too! :)

I won't say it's an easy A, because for some bio is very difficult, but the way Ring teaches in the lab made everything crystal clear. Lecture, lab, then a 8 question quiz, which you will cover throughout the night. Also, my lab mates were so fun. Is it weird if I say I looked forward to 3 hour Tuesdays just because lab was so much fun?

Great lab instructor. Really makes an effort to connect with the class & was personable. Very clear and straight forward lectures - really helped you understand. Quiz after every lab, but as long as you understood the lab, it's easy.

Love, love, love Prof. Ring! He is extremely knowledgable and approachable. He makes you understand the info that is confusing in lecture. Be prepared to take a quiz after every lab. Its only 10 questions and if you pay attn in the lab you should do fine. Wish he taught more labs or even lecture classes, because he is amazing!

An incredible man, and an incredible teacher. I had a lot of trouble in the Lecture portion (Prof. Kiabi), but Prof. Ring explained everything that she didn't. He makes the labs fun, and will quiz you at the end of every lab, so study the material and take good notes, and mental notes during his short lecture and lab. If you try you'll do well.

I had this guy for lab. Hes good. easy to get a c and relatively easy for an a. i dont personally find him too helpful in doing the lab, but thats probably because your supposed do most of it yourself. he seems like an ass at first but ends up being cool, but he is an ass about cell phones.

This has to be one of the best teachers at PCC. He really cares about his students. TAKE HIM!!!!!! He makes the class interesting & has an answer for every question, whether it's part of the section you're covering.

As everyone else says, he is very knowledeable about everything science. His labs are really fun and lets students go at their own pace. His quizes are 3/4 based on the lecture and 1/4 on the lab, so be sure to pay attention so that you do well. Also. don't be late to his class, or you'll miss the quiz answers from the week before.

Great teacher, I had him in high school too and he was fantastic. Take him over spring or winter, not a condensed class, you have to listen, do the homework, and study but he makes it really interesting. Not for lazy people at all. Tkae him if yo want to learn!

He's a very nice man, very helpful & kind during labs. Will go out of his way to help you to understand. Very clear & concise. His lectures help you to understand the main class. I'd definitely take him above any other bio lab teacher. Fair grader, even slightly easy grader. Helpful during labs in all aspects. Main goal is to help you learn.
