Aside from the fact that this is an extremely easy course if you have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office skills prior to the class, she made it just so much more simple. Provides you with answers to study for objective exams, exactly like the book. Will help you if you're stuck. Makes it almost impossible for anyone to fail.

lots of extra credit (don't need it) You have to do trainings which are easy, you get the point if you finish. You have grader projects on Office, which is easy if you do the trainings and you can ask for help. There's objective (she gives you the answers before) and performance (like trainings but timed and only 3 attempts per question) exams. GL!

She is amazing, kind, and will actually do her job AND HELP PEOPLE. She's a great professor, class was simple. 9 points were added on to final grade, so I got 100%. There are tests for each module and plenty of quizzes that you can complete twice. She gives a final which is similar to the tests. Definitely would recommend her!!

I took this class with her in first summer. It is extremely easy than I had thought. She give 12 extra points. She is always there if you need help. all the exam and test come from the book and practice program. could't find any easier than that. More important is that we don't have homework. I passed with 111 in final.

She talks throughout the entire class, going step by step along with u. U have objective exams online & performance exams (u can use ur textbooks 4 this one). Really easy class. She's there is u ever need help. No reason 4 u not to pass unless u dont do the online stuff. Take her if u need an easy slack class.

All I can say is BORING! she literally talks the ENTIRE class NON STOP, she is very nice at first but she seems to be sarcastically rude at times oh and another thing she is always and I repeat always late. Only reason I'm in the class is because I could no longer drop it but honestly I would not recommend

I took her class for Summer A, and the class itself is pretty easy, I got an A! You just have to do the online training(which count as extra credit) and the practice tests. The exams are exactly like the practice tests, you'll need to buy the book in order to pass the written tests, but overall, if you have to take this class, TAKE IT WITH HER!

AWESOME PROFESSOR!!!!!! Nice, understanding, helpful and caring. She encourages students to learn and pass her class. I would recommend her to anyone. PAY ATTENTION IN CLASS!!!! Her lectures come from the tests and the labs which are helpful. She grades fairly and is organized. TAKE HER!!!!!

Took this class online & passed with an A. Easy class however she does give alot of quizzes, test, assignments but they are easy & she post everything on the 1st day of class so that gives you the opportunity to finish her assignments and focus on other classes. Overall organized and helpful prof.

I just finished her online class with an A. What I loved of this class is that you have all the assignments posted since the 1st day, so if u have time u can finish the class in no time & just focus on ur other classes. The 10 extra credit pts help a lot, so make sure u do it. Overall pretty easy class, very helpful professor. :)

Best professor to take for CGS! Gives you the answers to the book questions. Has tests over the vocab which are exactly like the book questions and the tests where you have to actually do what you learned are just like the lab. Take her you wont regret it!

Prof. Kates is very easy going and helpful. The class is extremely easy if you do all the chapter and test practices. Highly recommend.
