AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS. I'll try and keep things short. She is mean, annoying, WAY to many pointless essays, the online quizzes are stupid. Grades the essays like she is a composition teacher. RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS CLASS AND PROFESSOR BENTLEY. Plain & simple, the worst teacher I have ever had.

Horrible teacher. She teaches the class as if you have already taken a Film class. Doesn't explain anything she expects you to automatically know what she's talking about. You write a lot of pointless essays. The films aren't interesting. She's very rude, she isn't friendly or helpful at all. Barely responds to any emails. AVOID HER IF YOUR ONLY TALING THE CLASS FOR YOUR HUMANITIES CREDIT.

She is really nice and class was enjoyable.She did not follow the syllabus, but that worked in our favor.Tests were relatively easy if you did your reading. We went to 2 plays and writing a paper on them was easy.The class atmosphere was relaxed and fun.I learned a lot.

BOOOORING, this teacher is clueless. Shes like obama, when you ask her a question she answers a completely different question having nothing to do with what you asked. No need for a book, or even a teacher, especially since she expects you to know everything about the class before youve even taken it.

This class is basically an online course with a few assignments you turn in. This wouldn't bother me if she knew how to use a computer. All in all, it's not hard if you try on the assignments and actually listen to the lectures. It can just get very frustrating at times dealing with all the mistakes she makes.

This class requires some effort, but not tooooo much. Just one big project, and thats the hardest part of class. This class is pretty standard as far as I'm concerned, not too hard not too easy. Oh and I got a kick out of her phony British accent, you will too =)

The class its self isnt bad its the professor. She teaches fairly well but is horrible wtih direction. She will give you a "calander" of when things are due and tests which she doenst follow and gives you tests unannouced. Also her paper guidelines are strict and she doesnt give you a break. Its a film class not a writing class.

Book? It's not even a book. It contains empty pages that you have to fill out and cost is $89.00. She gets pissed off very easy if she is explaining or talking in the class and hears someone else talk at the same time, she might even throw you out from class if she saw you tal to another student. You have to use the lab for this class.

Showed a lot of new films that weren't good. Didn't show any old films that would've worked well with the class. Didn't seem to know her material that well because I noticed mistakes and errors after I did a little research. I say avoid the class.
