Mr. Gray is very "what you see is what you get," which I think is a good thing. I followed all instructions and got an A. He lets you know exactly what to expect for each exam -- to the point of giving you sample tests to help you practice. I agree that he can be a bit repetitive and his stories are sometimes superfluous.

Hard material and does not make it any easier. Stay away. He will mess up your GPA. His "teaching" includes going over excel for 2 seconds then jumping to other useless topics unrelated to acct. Unclear, moves fast, cannot control class, not an engaging prof. I barely learned anything. You've been warned.

He claims to go over the material yet only uses a word/excel document. There are much better teachers than him; go to them.

i felt a dejavu every time i went to this class. He repeats stories that are so "silly". i knew what his last words were going to be in my head as soon as he started his sorties. he teaches from his computer and directs with the mouse cursor. oh,you get handouts and good luck to you. good person, bad at teaching.

I think Gray is the best ACCOUNTING teacher NOVA has. He wants students to learn the subject and do well on the exams. He uses blackboard, gives handouts with exercises, quizes(this was extremely helpfull). I would highly recommend him to anyone taking accounting.

If you can't get a good grade in Mr. Gray's class, that only means you did not study AT ALL. Everything in his test was from the handouts. He is very straight forward and clear about material and tests. I don't actually like ACC but i enjoyed his class. Definitely recommend Mr. Gray!

He let's you know exactly what is going to be on the test and even has nice little handouts you can study from that have examples similar to the ones on the test. Honestly I haven't opened my book this

This guy is an awesome teacher. Kind of dull at times but is extremely clear on what is going to be on the test. Follow the handouts and pay some attention and you'll get an A or B at least. I'd defently recommend to anyone looking to take Accounting 211 or 212.

He never emailed me the spreadsheet and when I asked about taking an extra exam-he half answered me saying I can take it next semester?
