worst teacher I have had yet, including all my high school, middle school, elementary, and damn even preschool teachers. Do not take this class. I'm a straight A student and I failed her class. She does not teach and wants her students to fail. she doesn't care about your grade or you learning the material. Don't bother wasting your time.

READ THESE WORDS. DO NOT TAKE! I took Dr. Kadis because I already knew her. I was one of the people that hung out at the gazebo bsing with her. One day, she locked her keys in her car, so I gave her a ride to the "bar" to pick up her spare set, and then back to her car. When I asked her for help regarding Chemistry, she told me to F'k off.

I know ratemyprofessor can be biased, but these comments are spot on. If you need Chem, and she's the only teacher left available for the semester, wait another semester until you can get another teacher. She is the worst teacher I have ever had in all my years of schooling. SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAZY LADY.

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS! She shouldn't be teaching anymore, she needs to retire. Professor Kadis missed 2 plus weeks of class, doesn't teach while in class at all and your book never gets used. You do labs that are poorly run, and you learn basically nothing. We were scheduled for 4 tests took only 3 and the she doesn't even follow the sylabus.

Listen to what everyone is saying, PLEASE! Several of us went to the department heads and complained. They never do anything about it and she will continue teaching there. You might as well start reading and getting tutoring now if you have any intent on passing this class. Always lets class out early, misses class often, JUST HORRIFIC! DONT DO IT!

DO NOT EVER TAKE THIS PROFESSOR,she doesn't teach, just talks. Unless you have mastered chemistry before this class, or like teaching yourself, you will fail. Listen to everyone here. Don't take her class even if it's the only one that fits your schedule and you need chem. It's not worth it. Her teaching is terrible, she takes smoke breaks during class, she's rude, she's unhelpful, and she makes chemistry very hard if you don't have recent experience in it. She needs to retire and to stop embarassing SSC

Whatever educational institute gave her a degree needs to be SHUT DOWN. I WISH that I had listened to the reviews on here. If you decide to take her, just make sure you sit in the back, because there's no telling when she took a shower last. Oh, and keep ALL graded papers (that is, if she returns them), or you will fail because she loses grades.

Do not take this professor. I am an A student. Mind you, I haven't taken chem in a few years. However, I read the book, did the homework problems, went to tutoring, created study groups with other students, and still got a D on most tests. Kadis does not prepare you at all for what she will test on, so you pretty much have no idea.

I am an A student and I received a B in this class only because I read every single chapter and did all the homework and attended every class. It was pretty much an online class with all the extra time I spent on the internet browsing for help. If not, I would have ended up with a C. She is probably the worst teacher I've had throughout my career.

Dr. Kadis knows what she teaches, and does a good job explaining it. The problem is she does not always get through the material. Because we only got to chapter 7 out of 11 everyone that is planning to take Chem 2 (that I know of) is going to retake Chem 1. Also, the textbook is the worst I have ever seen. understand the idea before reading.
