I know her as Prof. Jackie or Prof. Scott. But, she does an amazing job working with students and utilizing their strengths. She makes a consious effort to ensure that no one feels stupid. I loved her class. No quizzes or tests, but you still learn. Wonderful woman. Give her a raise!

This is the most inspiring, caring, kind, and knowledgeable teachers I have ever had. I have taken this class and dropped it twice in the first few weeks but now I have never been so interested in Biology before! This was an excellent stepping stone to microbiology and Jackie gave me the confidence I needed to move forward!

First and foremost, let me just say that Jackie is probably one of the best professors you'll ever take on any CCBC campus. She is so sweet, and ALL of the class material you need comes DIRECTLY FROM HER. Every lecture comes directly from her review sheets, as do her exams. READ THEM AND GET AN A. That simple. She's fantastic.

Mrs. Jackie is an amazing teacher! She is very, VERY intelligent! She does NOT require a textbook. She gives you handouts on all the info you need. She tells you word for word the answers to her quizzes and tests. You just need to make sure you study what she gives you. She gives tons of extra credit and she drops a ton of low grades at the end!

She was an amazing teacher and always made her self available if you needed extra help. Biology 110 could have been a really tedious memorization course but she weeded out a lot of things which made tests and quizzes easier. Totally recommend taking her!!! Plus she didn't make us buy the insanely rip off priced textbook!

Honestly without a question, the best Bio professor at CCBC! NO TEXTBOOK(for lecture) NEEDED! If you study her handouts, you will most definetly recieve an A+ in this class! She gives extra credits (TONS OF IT) Bio is a tough subject & requires a lot of studying. However the only way to fail Ms. Jackie's class is to never show up! Take her!!!!!!

I hate biology. I failed it a couple of times. This subject frustrated me and I almost dropped out of college because I could not pass this subject. Because of Mrs.Jackie,I passed. She helped me with my test anxiety which would cause me to fail many past tests. I love this teacher and would recommend her to anybody who struggles with this course.

This class isn't an easy class bur Jackie makes it easy by explaining everything so nicely and clearly. She gives a lot of handouts; no need for a textbook. As long as you study the handouts/quizzes/exams, you are guaranteed to earn an A. I definitely recommend her!!

She is an amazing teacher!! Teaches you what needs to be taught. No need for a textbook, she vaguely stresses that to you. Quizzes every class. Just study the previous handout; easy peezy. Teacher really knew her information however if you are a full time student & a full time worker do not attempt her class without one of your schedules being part time. She is the best teacher at CCBC. I previously took this with another teacher and was borderline failing. I love her!! She is a God send and I wish I could take her for every science class. She gives handouts which she fills out with you and she tells you what EXACTLY to expect on each quiz and test. Drops lowest quiz grades. Lab is easy!!!

She is an excellent teacher. She gives quizzes almost every class which are mostly what the tests are based off of. She is excellent at breaking down the information and explaining things in lamens terms.I highly recommend her, but you have to study and keep up with the handouts she gives you.
