Dr. Ezell made me feel like I should go and be a Physicist. I actually love the textbook he recommended for the class. Towards the end of my Physic II and getting ready for the final. I actually looked FORWARD to taking it. I study and enjoyed doing the problems. The grade I have, is the grade I earn is how I felt. Dr. Ezell is my favorite prof

Comment:

Kind and interesting guy. Goes on tangents, doesn't always cover what he intended to prior to a test. Great capacity for demonstrating principles, but sometimes chooses principles out of general interest and not relevance.

Comment:

Mr. Ezell is an INCREDIBLE physics teacher. He presents the course in a way that makes sense, and doesn't make his tests unnecessarily difficult. If you take good notes and go to his problem sessions before the tests, you'll have no problem! He sends out practice tests that are nearly identical to the actual tests he gives.

Ezell is a great teacher. Sometimes he goes off on tangents and doesn't do many problems but I've done well in both classes with him. He's such a nice guy!

Comment:

There's a reason why I am taking Fedorchak for 222 instead of Ezell. When Ezell teaches, it's as follows: do one problem on the board without explaining theories, then douse stuff in liquid nitrogen & talk about a car crash for the 50th time. He's a funny guy, but not an effective professor by any means. Visualizing does very little come test time.

Comment:

Mr. Ezell was great! He tells funny stories and gives excellent examples. He loves what he does and it shows. The material is tough if you've never seen physics before, but if you pay attention, do the practice tests (which are identical to the real test) and attend the problem sessions you'll be fine. Great guy, great professor, great class!

He's a funny guy with a HUGE passion for physics (has his Masters in Nuclear Physics), plus he loves to blow stuff up in class, but is not the best professor. He only goes over 1-2 problems a class & expects you to immediately know it. Tests aren't too bad, but if you haven't taken Physics in high school, you would be better off taking Fedorchak .

Mr. Ezell is amazing. I thought that physics was going to be a nightmare, but he has this unique way of making it fun and educational. His passion really shines when he is teaching. I absolutely love him, and I wish Campbell offered a physics major!

The best teacher I have had so far. Class is fairly easy if you are good with formulas and he uses a lot of interesting demonstrations. Labs are a breeze and you can even miss more than one; as long as you make up the work...which is just filling out a lab book (not hard at all). Overall great professor!!!

When you take an Ezell Class, you are really taking Ezell 101, but his stories are great and somehow become applicable. All you need for his tests are a brain and calculator, and if you pay a bit of attention in class, no problem.

Ezell is the best professor I have had here at Campbell. He makes difficult things understandable!!! I wish there were more professors here like him!!!
