Nice lady, terrible teacher. Ignore everything she says, then read the internet encyclopedia of philosophy to fill out the study guides. Her lectures are confusing and don't make sense. Just spit back what you read online and you will get an A. Don't ask her for help, it won't make that much sense either. Clearly knowledgeable, just shouldn't teach

She is a really nice person, but really hard to understand. I learned more in the study group for the finals than in class. She speaks over most people's comprehension level. Would be good for graduate, but not so much undergrads, especially freshmen.

So long as you spend time seriously reading (that is not watching tv at the same time) for this class, you'll do alright. The only reason people can't follow her lectures is because they don't take time with the readings.

Very difficult to understand, making studying for tests next to impossible. Test material not necessarily what's on study guide. Great person, just can't teach to undergrads.

Bring something to keep you awake during class, she is boring as no other. I thought she was a pretty easy grader, got an A on my first paper. Most people were confused throughout the class cuz she didn't teach subject matter very well.
