You can pass this class if you really try but his teaching style is horrible. Doesnt want to really help you at all, very rude when you e-mail him and is not helpful. Only reason I took him this semester is because he was the only one left. Do NOT take online classes if you dont like cummalitive final. Final covers all 15 chapters. Dont do it.

This is an online class, even though I's passing the class. This syllabus was ridiculously information overload and confusing. In emails, he is very rude and talks to you any way. The material is basically teach yourself. I wouldn't take anymore classes that he has taught again.

This is an online class, so be prepared to do your work. It seems like most of the reviewers on here who rated poorly just didn't want to put forth effort. He is very knowledgeable and a good teacher. Try and you will do great in his course.

Do not take this class. I'm an AB student and I'm praying I pass by some miracle. Test are horrible. No way to study for test. Syllabus was confusing. Questions were answered very vaguely. Be prepared to teach yourself. He offered extra credit but most of it was unreasonable. Very demanding course & his study guides were hard to follow.

All tests are online through mastering A and P. Some cases studies. Lots of extra credit opportunity. Responds to email pretty quickly. My only complaint would be his syllabus was a bit confusing so just make sure you clear that up in the beginning. Easy A. Don't be lazy. I took this with A and P 2 at the same time.

A lot of work in his online class and is self- motivated. No reminders of when things are due, he just expects you to do them and turn them in by the due date. There are a few "case study" assignments, which were my favorite part. He is not easy to communicate with and is a strange bird, but not impossible. Quizzes are VERY difficult!

Asked us to do work above the class level and syllabus was inconsistent and confusing. He was unwilling/unable to answer questions when emailed. Many quiz questions were marked incorrect when they were correct. Never responded to questions regarding this, even though it affected studying for finals. Tested on material not covered. Do not take him.

I have BS Biology took this class as nursing pre-req.Difficulty of class & prof expectations equivalent to course I took at private university. If you're going into health profession & can't earn A/B in this course consider changing majors. Syllabus was clear, lots of extra credit opportunities. can fail an exam & do poorly on final & still earn A

By far the worst professor I've ever had. Took class online. Syllabus doesn't make sense. Unorganized. Not helpful whatsoever. Tests are impossible to study for. He gave me the wrong grades for things so I had to argue to him to change them. I'm a A and B student but there's no way to pass. His attitude is terrible. I would never recommend him.

I've never had a teacher like this before. This is my first time taking an online class and I did not expect it to be like this. His syllabus is super confusing and he gives multiple assignments as if this wasn't an online class. People take online classes because it's more convenient and he made it the complete opposite. Don't take him.

Hi course is confusing. If you are looking for thorough responses to your email(s) you will not receive it. He is very vague and expects you to find the answers yourself with little to no guidance. Will be taking this course again on campus with a different professor.

Worst teacher I have ever had. DO NOT TAKE HIM! He is not very helpful and his online class is very confusing. I basically failed and have to take lab all over again because he really did not want to help anybody. Everything was very hard and confusing. PLEASE save yourself the stress I went through and do not take him.

Professor's syllabus is confusing and disorganized. Professor is rude and unhelpful when replying to emails. Assigns case studies but does not even know what certain medical tests are (like a PPD). Really does not know what he's talking about. The tests are strangely worded and difficult to understand.

To begin, Dr. Aliff is very disorganized. The syllabus has not been updated (structurally) since 2003. He has no clue what the newer book look like let alone what's in them. All links within his study guides no longer work. He NEVER answers the phone when you call. Whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE HIM!!!

Dr. Aliff is possibly the worst professor I have ever had. I took him for BIOL 1403L online and he was awful. Never posted due dates, followed two different schedules on two different syllabi, very condescending emails, never answers questions, not helpful at all. He is a horrible professor NEVER EVER TAKE HIM!
