I studied under him in the late 90's, when he still rowed a boat down the river to teach. The man loves what he does. There were others who,in their pride, found his teaching juvinal. Grades ment nothing to him, it was your soul he was most concerned about. Many say he is "different"- well he is, and that is why you should want to be his friend.

Dr. Janaro is totally underrated. It is obvious that he loves teaching. Spiritually, Dr. Janaro is very insightful. He takes his time to explain things clearly and thoroughly.

Mr. Janaro was a great teacher; worked hard to make sure students understood the subject matter. Very good, too, in upper division theology classes; gave great explanations and demonstrated a true interest in and love for the subject he was teaching.
