Very tough grader. Only 3 test and he wants you to use HIS wording on each of the answers. He grades on a curve however, still no grace. Would not recommend taking him at all!!!

I would NOT recommend this professor to anyone. Although his lectures are clear, his exams are extremely hard. Also, your grade is determine ONLY by what you did on the exams; no participation and no assignments.

I suggest you not take this professor. His tests are extremely hard. You must have his answer word for word for it to count. I dont think he grades on a curve. His lectures are good, but the tests are extremely hard!

Please do not take this professor. Essay questions are subjective. He can care less about students personal hardships, its either you get it or not. Never received my midterm grade and ending up failing the class. The professor doesn't give extra credit nor homework. Only 2 tests (midterm and final) which are extremely hard.

Prof. Blanke is clear and concise in his presentatation. He does grade on a curve so you don't have to freak when you get your grades. You only take two tests during the 8 week session. Take him, you will not regret it...
