Dr. Hunt is caring, a genius, a bit crazy, but super fun. Took time on weekends to take us on field trips. She actually CARES about her students learning. The world would be a better place if more professors existed like Dr. Hunt. TAKE A CLASS FROM HER!

DR. HUNT IS THE BEST PROFESSOR AT LOYOLA! She is so nice and friendly and just awesome in general. She cares SO MUCH about her students and knows SO MUCH. You can literally talk to her about anything. All we had to do was blog posts and one project about a New Orleans neighborhood. She drove us all around the city on field trips. SHE'S AMAZING!!!

Best professor ever!!! Class was not very structured because she's always so busy, but she truly is a terrific woman. Her assignments could come with a little more instruction, but she's really helpful and is always there when you get stuck. Impossible not to make an A since you can resubmit everything to score higher. Take her!

I took Professor Hunt for "Creole Crossroads!" She is super knowledgeable and super sweet. I wish I could take another class with her. She would bend over backwards for any of her students. We went on various excursions and really learned a ton of history. Sure, she's a bit crazy, but that's what makes her awesome. I love Prof. Hunt!

Hunt is the best history teacher I have ever had!!! She makes it really interesting it’s one of the only classes I don’t like to miss. All she asks is 4 papers (2 movie reviews and 2 book ) 2 pages that’s nothing. The books she gives are really good and interesting, I recommend her to everyone!!!!

She gets really into what she is teaching and that gets you into it. Doesn't assign much work and gives you as much time as you need on them. Loves to talk about T.V. shows and movies. You can go to her to talk about almost anything. Really cares about her students.

professor hunt is an amazing person. she genuinely cares for her students and loves her job (and does it very well). i would recommend her to everyone, but her classes fill up quickly because her students know that she is brilliant. very sexy legs and smile and an even sexier brain.

There is no text book. shes gives you really good novels to read. shes not overly organized and falt out tells you that she doesnt expect you to be. shes unbelievably intresting and layed back. she is THE history professor you want. skipping class is a bad idea cuz the tests are on class lectures. p.s. she's the sexiest loyola teacher i've met.

In h124, there is a lot of work. four papers, two essay exams, and seven books to read. So, compared to 122 lots of work. However, her lectures are great, she is very funny, and will read drafts of your papers before you hand it in. Also give helpful study guides.

Put simply: You do your work, you get an A-B. Infact, mostly everyone get's an A-B regardless. There's not many homework assignments, however, there is a few quizes here and there. Also, beware that you keep your essays very unique as she assumes you're "plagarising" very easily, and will take it to the dean.

Brilliant, funny woman. I learned so much from her class. Read the books, go to class...you'll get a lot out of it. Everything is in essay form, so you need to be really specific to get good grades. She's always willing to help students if they ask. It takes her forever to grade things, though. And she totally has favorites.
