Dr. Pilcher is by far the best professor I have had. She is always available outside of the classroom and her study guides are amazing. She is extremely caring and wants what is best for the students, yet it is a challenging course, so you must study and pay attention.

uses a flipped classroom meaning she will not teach you anything during lectures. the videos in total will be more time than you spend in lectures. if you miss class, you must bring proof for your "excuse" such as a doctor's note or funeral paper, not an obituary. has papers for partners and if you don't know anyone then you will be working alone.

Professor Pilcher is a great teacher for Anatomy. BIOL 121 and 122 are both challenging classes in that there is a lot of material and they require a lot of studying, but Dr. Pilcher does a great job of providing the materials you need to be successful in her class. I loved the flipped classroom and would recommend taking her class!

Do not take this teacher for anatomy if you want to pass. She does not act like she cares about her students grades. She acts like you should already know everything. I have retaken this class with a different professor & I see a huge difference. I now have an A

Dr. Pilcher runs a flipped classroom, which is different because you watch her lectures on your own time. I definitely had to work for my grade, but she was very helpful answering emails, questions, etc. Anatomy is a hard class no matter what. She's great at getting you to retain what you learn.

I mean let's face it, her class is an anatomy and physiology class so its going to be tough. The way she runs her class is really different than what most professors do, but I found it to be very helpful. Would definitely recommend to take her for anatomy!!

Tough professor. She knows her material, but runs a flipped classroom (listen to lectures outside class) so make sure you have extra time for this. Spent close to 2 hours each day with lectures and learn-smart assignments. Very fast pace class, attendance is a must if you want to pass. Hard tests, and if you can't spell well, good luck on lab tests

Dr. Pilcher is a great teacher! I highly recommend her to anyone taking anatomy and physiology. She will try to answer any questions you may have. She runs a tough class and you must put in the effort to get an "A", but she is willing to help anyone who needs it. She can be pretty funny as well. She has a "flipped classroom" which I loved.

This was the hardest class I've ever taken. All of her lectures are online. Her tests are impossible to pass. would not recommend her to anyone. Unless you're good at taking notes while watching videos. Worst experience I've ever had.

This class is very difficult on its own, but Pilcher does everything she can to help you understand the material. Always willing to explain anything you need and very approachable. TAKE HER IN LECTURE AND LAB!

This class is extremely challenging and there's a lot of material covered. She does very little lecturing in lecture and instead posts her lectures online and you have to listen to them before class. Her lectures are interesting and she uses good examples. Attendance is mandatory and no extra credit is given.

She is an outstanding teacher! This class has a lot of material to cover in lecture and in lab. Can be very overwhelming but I feel she makes this class as easy as possible with the materials she gives you. I would recommend her to anyone!

LOVED her! She is so helpful and know her stuff. The class is difficult, but if you study hard you'll be better off in the long run and you'll do fine. She has a way of explaining things in different ways so that everyone can understand. Highly recommended !

BEST A&P TEACHER AROUND! Amazingly helpful, very personable. I really got the feeling she was personally interested in us and our success. The class is not easy, there is a lot of material, and its complicated. But she will do whatever she can to help you.

What you put in is what you get out. She is an excellent teacher who will give you all of the information and help you need. However, you absolutely have to study and be in class.
