This Professor is amazing! she loves to teach and is very passionate about teaching. i won't say this is the easies class, you deff have to put in the work and study the chapters, you have to do all of her home work and be in every class many people get the wrong concept of her because she is strict, but is only because she actually cares about you

Online class. Homework due evey week. Discussions every week. 1 term paper. This was such an interesting class.She always gave me good feedback on my discussions. Rogers is no nonsense but realy seems to care for students. Just dont miss a deadline and use proper english.

All I can say is she's the type of person that I can get along with on the outside but can't work with. She doesn't work hard enough on teaching - She gives you the instructions & lets you know when her deadlines are; if anything happens like an accident & you can't get the hwork in on time she won't read it. She didn't really teach me anything.

Very rude...She makes it very clear when the subject you are talking about is not interesting to HER. It doesn't matter if it fits the guidelines of a paper, if she doesn't want to read about it she conveys it. This course had such potential but the professor ruined the entire experience. I will never take another course with this professor

online class, you buy the text and you do all homework and tests on the wiley website. Roger's presence for this class online is zero. No notes, lectures, anything. THere was a problem with one of the questions on the website and the site instructed us to contact teacher, Emailed her about a month ago, As of this writing I am still waiting.

Best professor I have ever had in my entire school career! Extremely passionate about her subject, and wants nothing more than for her students to succeed and share her passion. Loves her students and is proud of them. Must read the material. Definately go to tutoring if you need help she will appreciate it. Tough but worth it more than I can say.

take this teacher. i took ac 11& 12 at selden. friend said take rogers. Took her for Intemediate 1& 2. my selden teacher did not prepare me for her, so she met me 2x a week all semester to help me. She loves acctng she loves teaching she loves SCC always says: when you get rich and famous don't forget suffolk Lots of homewrk hard tests so worth it!

Proff Rogers loves Accounting and her students. She is by far the best teacher I had ever had, and I wish all teachers were like her. She's also really funny, and you are never bored in her class. She gets everyone involved in her discussions, and goes over the homework intently, until you truly understand it.

Dr. Rogers is the best accounting professor. She can be tough;in the first day of class you'll feel like dropping off.She is not that hard after all.As long as you do your homework every day & you keep a perfect attendance, you'll get a good grade & you will learn a lot!! Great Teacher Reason why I changed my major to accounting. Took AC11 AC12,Intermediate Accounting 1 and 2 and Government Accounting with her. I learned alot from her. She is tough teacher but really gets you prepared for the CPA exam. I totally recommend taking her.
