Dr. Briseno inspired me so much that it's unbelievable. I see the comments written on here and I feel like some of them are not fair. Dr. Briseno has a passion for helping others and will do her very best to ensure this. It's crazy cause I actually haven't seen her in over 5 years but she is the one teacher that I will never forget. True gem!

Dr. B is a great teacher she really cares about what she is teaching and she really wants you to succeed. Her classes do require a lot of homework and you do need to show up and participate. if you don't, don't sign up for the class. this is a teacher that will work with you on homework if you're having a problem getting them in on time email her.

She is a horrible teacher. Unless you know her previously out of class she treats you like an idiot. When you ask her a question she looks at you like your dumb.She requires a ton of work in her class so if you have children or a job or other classes dont take her class.

she is very unclear, her class is sooooo confusing, expect students to know what she is talking about and make faces if you ask a questions! it is a hard class and she is not helpful at all,she is nice only to students who took classes with her before.i don't recomend her.....

She is such a great teacher, as well as person. She definitely knows what she's talking about and she makes things very clear. You can go to ehr for anything, she will always be there to help you! You do need to do some work, but most of it is pretty easy. You'll definitely learn alot after walking out of her class!

This teacher is great. That is if you are there to learn something. For those of you that are lazy asses and are looking for an easy grade, this is the wrong teacher for you. She knows her stuff and does not tolerate BS. But what good educator would. Go to class, participate, complete assignments on time and follow directions and you will do great.

Class was sometimes disorganized and confusing but she had lots of great info. There were times I was frustrated with all that was involved but I learned so much as an end result. I felt she was an easy grader partcipation goes a long way with her!

This class was very interesting. I took it over the summer, so it was kinda tough to get the 30 hours of observation. There were a few papers/projects. Just come to class, pay attention and participate and you will do well.

Never wanted to have class. When we did, was overtime. Shes still on quarters in her head not semesters. Find the info on internet. Lot of outside work. 30 hrs observations needed, Field trips, seminars for extra credit. You can get good grade but you'll teach yourself mostly. Maybe she was too busy? Nice person but class was so confusing.

Couldn't believe some of the comments.I guess you never went to class.Dr. Briseno expects you to go to class, participate and go above and beyond.f you do you'll learn alot.She has ALOT to offer.She doesn't lecture from the text--because you can read.She is brillant, passionate about education and fair.She is funny, considerate & knows her stuff.

Who every said she was hot was crazy!Anyway, the class is geared towards people who already are teachers,I'm not.She gives no lectures and expects you to know everything.She is never prepared,but knows her stuff.If you are already a teacher I would suggest her, if not try someone else.It is a blow off class, just don't expect to learn anything.
