She's very focused on the Psychology Learning Community and service-oriented classes on campus and a very passionate woman. She's incredibly understanding and gives students many chances. She truly wants to see her students succeed and helps them explore future career pathways while she's teaching them. Easy class, similar to a seminar.

Comment:

Really really sweet and caring professor. You'd really have to work in order to fail this class. Dr. Buch is really lenient and understanding if you need an extended deadline or if you have to miss class. No tests or quizzes and the only papers are graded easily. Her Citizenship class is a little tougher but still not too bad.

Buch is a great professor, welcomes you with open arms starting out in freshmen seminar. Class was so easy, papers are extremely easy grades them easily, but if your in citizenship class she'll grade them tougher than freshmen seminar. Take her though, easy A

Took her Social Seminar class and loved her. She is an amazing professor. She is very nice and helpful. Knows the material, smart, and offers great discussion. Three grades: Presentation, Research Paper, and Final..not too bad at all! Take her!

Kim is a great teacher. She's very friendly, understanding and willing to help. She'll do anything she can do to help with a problem. She is a little tougher in this class on grading papers and essays but still fair. She's a great person and allows her students to express themselves in their own ways. DEFINITELY take this class.

Dr. Buch is such an awesome teacher. I was in both her freshmen seminar class and her citizenship and service class...she is very helpful, but is a bit strict on turning things in on time (deduction for everyday late [somewhat fair]). If you have a problem feel free to ask she is pretty understanding and will grant extensions. Loved her classes tho

I am graqduating this august 2005 and ive had Tons and Tons of psych professors over the past 4 years, and i have to say DR. BUCH is The BEST professor at UNCC. I loved her class, she made it enjoyable,its a very laid back and comfortable atmosphere yet still very conducive to learning. she is wonderfulTake her!!!
