She is very subjective in her grading. If she does not want to give you what you earned, she won't. I used to like research and thought I would love the class. Now, I am so turned off...Beware to read the book even if she says not to and make sure to write her definitions word for word on tests. Very big ego.

Does not give adequate notes for her classes. Not thorough at all. Classes are more suited to be independent studies; if I just had the syllabus and never went to any other class I would not have missed out on anything and would still have the same grade I have at the moment. Not very helpul and unavailable outside of class.

She is very clear in the material she presents in class, but expects you to follow up at home with the reading and study. Do not just study her notes, but use them as a guide of what to study from the textbook and do questions in that area. She is tough but wants you to learn the information. You must earn your grade in her class. She is just trying to prepare you to take the NCLEX because if you think her tests are hard just wait till you take your boards...
