i love her! its better to go to class because you don't need the txt book in this class, so all you have is her notes and her slides have a lot of blanks so you need to go to class to fill them in! her tests, m/c is really straight forward but short answers are a bit difficult, , but overall, its a good course!

Ferries is an awesome prof. She really takes the time to help you out if you're not understanding something in class. Yes, she is picky with what she puts on exams but if you go to class she gives a lot of hints and if you're in TR you need to remember these things anyways, so its for our benefit. very nice person and guest speakers are inspiring!

Leanne Ferries is an awesome prof. What she teaches is whats on the exam. She is super picky about referencing and plagerism. She reported 4-6 group's case studies for plagerism and improper referencing, so be care with all work term papers and assignments

She is extremely picky about little things like wording on exams which makes it difficult to do well in this course. By using the word "short" instead of "brief" I lost a mark and the girl beside me used "brief" and got the mark...ridiculous! The good thing is the guest speakers which I think that she uses so that she doesn't have to teach as much

Fine course, good prof. She may be boring at times, but she explains everything quite clearly. She goes nice and slow so that there is room for comments and writing notes. Missed about 1/3 of classes but did OK. Don't miss class though if you want the marks since alot of the notes do not cover the lecture.

a sweet prof. VERY organized with clear notes - speaks slowly but lets u understand - slides available before class and easy to get notes that u miss. exams are not cummulative and really straight forward if u know your stuff.nice person and lets u voice your opinion easily in class

i guess she took ur criticisms about her "quietness" into consideration because now she projects her voice well. boring class, but she's very helpful, clear, nice and her exams r a piece of cake. she encourages participation which made me feel like being in high school again.

Speaks slow and quiet (I think it's because she used to work in mental health and that's her way of speaking) Exams are easy if you study and cover the material. Nice lady, but gives out 10% for participation in class discussions - I hate talking in class
