I had Dr. Echterling 7 years ago, and unless things have changed dramatically, he is an excellent teacher and an incredibly caring and inspiring person.

Very sketchy guy. Not sure if he realizes it or not, but he comes off as aloof and condescending. Doesn't give good advice to aspiring clinicians, either.

This guy told me that I shouldn't bother going into clinical psych b/c it was too competitive. This was 7 yrs ago and I'm now a phd in psychology.Don't seek advice from this guy- look elsewhere for encouragement!
