tests are tricky. study anything with a bullet list do homework i didnt do extra credit and was supposed to a B but he gave e an A act like your intrested in the class and what he's talking about. oh yea everything has to be in essay style health class felt like english class

STAY AWAY! this professor is very vague with what he wants on test answers you can get 100 on all hw's but fail all his tests. they are very hard.on top of that you can barely understand him and he talks extremely quietly if i could go back in time i would have never taken this class. and my advice to you is dont ever take this class! worst teacher

Honestly hes a nice guy but theres a language barrier; not able to understand or read his handwritting. 3 tests all consist of essays you must know the chapters inside and out as well as his notes. He doesnt go over any material to tell you what is on the test. to be honest when you take the test the questions have nothing to with what you study.

Honestly I'm not the type to bash a teacher. Because they work hard a their degree. But i will say this was the worst class i have ever been on.It suppose to be a basic informative course about life and mostly common sense. He took this class and turn it into a circus. Take my advice unregister and pick another health if you care for your grades.

This teacher is not the best. He doesn't speak english well and its very hard to understand what he's talking about. His tests are rediculous in which there is not enough time to finish them accurately. but he does give extra credit so it helps. overall not the best teacher but homework is easy.

Doesn't talk loud enough, class material doesn't relate to tests. No reviews prior to tests. Smart guy, but poor teaching style. Doesn't know how to connect with students. Assignments seem like busy-work and are used as his form of taking attendence. No one in the class got a B on the Midterm--should say something about his lack of teaching skills.

Nice professor, although speaks very softly and is somewhat hard to understand. Usually lets class out early. Lectures are boring for the most part. Usually gives an easy homework assignment in which you have to answer a few questions and do research. Tests are hard because he doesn't do a review or tell you what to study.

Professor "Max" as he asked us to call him, is a very smart teacher. It may be a little hard to understand him at first, but if you can break the language barrier you will be fine. He may seem like a hard teacher, but as long as attend class, take notes, study and do your HW you will pass. Take advantage of the ONLY extra credit project he offers.

GREAT TEACHER!!!! Really cares about his students. I didnt have any problems understanding him at all. He does sometimes speak softly but he was fairly easy to understand even then. Simple homeworks mostly chapter summaries. HE challanges his students to think independently.Offers many opportunities for extra credit. overall great class.

opened my eyes to the benefits of taking a health class. it was fairly easy as loing as you kept up with the HW. he might scare you with the difficult tests, but in the end it's all good. he speaks in decrecendos, and has an accent. his lectures are laced with stories about his life and a trace of humor. i liked this class.

My 16 year old high schooler took him for her first ever college course, aced it! She said sometimes he was a little hard to understand (thick accent), but he was very pleasant in class and only asked that you do the assigned work.
