She assigns six creative writing assignments that are easy. She isn't strict on length or anything. Great class for those that like to write. Tests are easy. You are supposed to do readings but can pass without reading anything (she reads in class a lot). Wonderful professor that is always willing to help and really cares about her students.

MY FAVORITE PROFESSOR! She is very understanding as long as you keep communication with her. I've taken her for all my English classes except one, which she wasn't teaching. If you participate in class, show effort, pay attention, laugh at her corny jokes, & be respectful you'll love this class. If you need help, she's always there. BEST PROFESSOR

Love Mrs. Taylor. Had her for 111, 112 and 250. She talks a lot but u can't help but love her! And she loves it when you do her extra credit. With grading essays, she's not a tough grader bc she cares more abt content than grammar!

Mrs. Taylor is a sweet woman. However, she doesn't really teach. Honestly, she could've gave her students their assignment through email. She offers help but it's not too helpful. I wouldn't take her again, simply because I want to learn and it just gets annoying listening to her talk about nothing.

Very easy going. Doesn't ask for too much. Assigns around 4-5 essays and ANYONE should most likely get a C+ to an A. Cancels class here and there. Talks way too much so not much work is done in class, and sometimes you get out early.

Teacher talks A LOT on things that are not relevant to the class nor the assignments. Her grading on papers is not well understood and hand writing is awful to say she is an English professor. Your grade is based on FOUR papers ONLY, there is no homework or quizzes except for the novel you read in class. I would not recommend her.

She's a great teacher. She's willing to help you whenever you need it. She usually goes over the readings in class, so if you forget to read you'll be fine. She lets you extend the due dates on your papers if you know you won't be finished.

Taylor is super nice... Very boring but if you read the material you should do well in her class... her test are weird. She makes you write summaries of the stories and only calls on 5 random ppl to turn it in you never know if it's your turn. But she was super easy I barely went to class and made a C.

I loved Mrs. Taylor's class. She was so funny. She is really nice and will help when you need it. She will work with you as well. She cares deeply about her students. Take notes in class, read the stories and poems, and you should do fine in the class. Great teacher overall!!

Mrs. Taylor is the sweetest person. I honestly felt sad when her class was up. She pointed out my flaws in writing and developed me into a Snow Island level writer. I would most def. advise anyone needing a lit class to take her. I have nothing but great things to say about her. I walked away from her class feeling like I had made a friend.

She is very easy. She doesn't take attendance and half the time you don't need to be there. We had 5 papers to do and she was helpful in everything. If you needed extra time to turn in a paper, she had no problem giving it to you. Plus, the class discussions were interesting. I recommend her!
