Comment:
Dr. Weisskopf is one of the best teachers I've ever had at UAH. Her classes are lecture based, and she has a few programming assignments and tests. She almost always gives a comprehensive study guide outlining what to study for each test. If you pay attention reasonably well during the lectures and follow the study guides, you'll get an A.

Great professor. She genuinely cares about her students and presents the material very well. I wouldn't say she's an "easy" teacher by any means. Her tests, quizzes, programs are still decently difficult, but she's always willing to help.

the course under her is like a cool breeze, sometimes you may feel sleepy too... Homeworks and tests are easy with multiple choice questions bit tricky.

She is by far my favorite CS prof. She is very clear during lecture, describes assignments step-by-step, and lays out a full proof study guide for each test. She is always willing to work with her students and really cares about as long as they care about the course. The lectures can be gueling but it's worth it because she describes everything!

Her lectures will put you to sleep, but she does present the info very clearly. Just study the slides because she does an excellent job of organizing and summarizing important parts for you. I'd definitely recommend her!

A good teacher who is very clear about what material to focus on. Lectures are pretty good with the most interesting parts being when she diverges from the planned PowerPoint.

Her voice is so hard to listen to that you WILL fall asleep in class if you were up late the night before. Her tests and homework are basically solved in-class. If you are able to pay attention, this will be a breeze. If not, I hope you like caffeine.

The best lecturer in her department, by far. She's not a push-over. You will have to earn your grade. Gives enough homework and project points that it is not difficult to recover from an average midterm score. Very helpful, but don't suck up to her-- she hates suck-up students. However she's very fair and approachable. In short, a model prof.

Ditto what everyone else says. Great teacher. Would also like to add that's she's extraordinarily nice and helpful outside of class. If you ever need any academic advice, she's the one to go to.

Very clear and helpful professor. She teaches a fairly easy C++ class and is very easy to understand. Just follow the rubric included on all the assignments and you'll do fine. Also, be sure to buy plenty of envelopes!

Operating systems was taught with slides. No point in taking notes in this class - just print out the slides. Tests are thorough and cover the book, not the slides. Read the book, class attendance is optional so long as you can get assignments elsewhere.
