Wilson has four tests in total but he dropped the lowest test score. He also has a group project. He provides extra credit assignments for each text exam, too. He does have some pop quizzes. If you read the text book and take notes during his lectures you will pass his class. Also do the study guide (it's extra credit).

Comment:

Wilson is a great history teacher! Must take him! His exams are fair and clear. I really enjoyed this class. He made history fun and understanding. Study terms and be prepared to write short essays on exams. There is a final paper that is due towards the end (easy). Very helpful with dps students. Class is fun and interesting!

Good teacher, very flexible and comprehensive. Homework and question just follow along in the films, and for online question, just answer with what YOU think. Multiple choice test? Do the extra credit terms. Trouble with the test essays? Use that handy dandy index card he allows.

I took Prof. Wilson for History18 and in a fast track session, It proved to be a good experienced. Just put his terms in the essay and you will get full points. I enjoyed his class!!

His class is EASY. All you do is take notes and watch movies. You get an index card for each test, so it's really hard not to fail. He's a funny guy, and wil help you if you have questions. The only sucky part is the video project. Choose partners carefully! But other than that, this is a really good class to take.

Prof. Wilson's tests are HARD, especially since none of his lectures etc prepare you for the material. The wording is confusing and he is picky about the essay portion, which is 60% of your test grade. He does let you use A notecard for the test. The video project is an entire test grade,pick partners carefully! Good luck, you'll need it!

He is an extremely easy teacher IF you do all of your own work and do not depend on him to lecture about anything worth while! Do not expect to get anything from his lectures do all of your reading and Google the rest. Also don't trust the study guides half isn't even on the test!Always check your test if you have a lot wrong in a row he messes up

History is already boring, so if you're looking for someone to spruce it up...don't take him! Really nice guy. Pretty darn good looking, but class is boring. Powerpoints, videos, quizzes and one big project. If you have the time to do the work, put in some effort, and you're looking for an easy class, then he's your guy!

Other than that no complaints he's a cool guy class was pretty easy, just stay awake and do reading. dont take this class unless you know a lot about history already, because he rarely lectures, and when he does lecture it is not clear and doesn't even relate to the tests or quizzes. I personally think he is a horrible teacher and wouldn't recommend him to anyone. I didn't learn anything in his class. on the plus side he is a nice guy. j

he is cool and nice but i absolutely do not like the way he teaches. So confusing and his power points are always scrambled. when he lectures, he doesnt sound sure of himself, always stops to change what he says, also tricky with the quizzes and exams.

The class goes by very smoothly and his voice is not boring like other professors. He is very good at balancing out the grades, tests, quizzes, vocabulary...He is nice and welcoming to any questions. His powerpoints are colorful and is not overloaded with information. Though sometimes you feel like you the readings and the lectures r diff subjects.
