Very good prof! Keeps the class interesting with class activities. Pretty chill and very helpful. Read her lecture slides more than the book! Stuff on the lecture slides (as well as topics discussed in class) will more likely be on the exam. Also read the case studies as participation heavily counts on them.

Mila was fair, straight-forward, and realistic. She understood what it's like to be a student. Participation is important, but not really difficult..just say what's on your mind. Her exams were fair because she tells you ahead of time to focus on her slides. No real surprises...

I beg to differ from previous comments. She is a good and fair teacher. This has to be the easiest 3 credit UD Bus course in the faculty. If you go to her for help, she will help and you will succeed. I highly recommend her!

BUS 346 and BUS 432. She is a fair prof. Her lectures can be really boring sometimes but that's what you expect in IB and HR. Her exams are fair. The workload for the assignments are acceptable but grammar do counts! Make sure you go to her lectures and memorize all the slides. Read the text. And write as much as you can in exams.

I didn't notice any favouritism in the class. Marking was fair and assignments and quizzes/exams were straightforward and similar to those found in other business courses. Participation DOES count. If you need clarification, she is willing to answer questions in and outside of class. I'd take another course with her.
