Comment:

Horrible. I notice that my assignments were "loses point", so another classmate and I did a study group together. We did the same thing and when they were graded my classmate got a 15/15 and I got a 10/15. She said that my graphs were "label wrong" yet my classmate and I had the same thing. Not Fair. Very upsetting. Happened on every assignment.

Comment:

This was my first time taking an online class and it was amazing. In high school I never really understood graphs in econ, but this professor throughly explains them. This class is relatively easy as long as you put in the effort to complete the homework, actually read the lectures and take notes from them and study. She is a fantastic prof!

Honestly, this professor makes you work for your grade! As long as you read her lecture and do all of the homework assignments, you'll be fine! She makes the class easy for you AS LONG as you do the work for the class! I enjoyed her class!

Comment:

She is an amazing professor. I took her for Econ 1 and 2 (both online) and they were the easiest classes that I actually learned a lot in. The assignments are very simple and she gives you multiple examples on how you do them. She has optional rants that she puts that are hilarious and inspirational to read. I recommend her 100%!!

This online class is super easy. The only problem is, the grades eventually add up and the final really pulls your score together. I had an A the entire semester and towards the end I was at a low A and the final brought me down to a B. There wasn't really anything more I could do. The professor was nice and gave a small amount of homework.

I took Econ 1 online and I did not learn anything. Her assignments are so simple but when she tests the students the questions are way to different from her lecture. If I were you I would take it with other teachers

I took Econ 2 with her and honestly I didn't like her attitude at all. The way she replies email and talk to students is not professional and nice. Final exam was very hard and way to difficult. The homework assignments and quizzes during the semester was normal but final exam was very hard

Do yourself a favor and take this unit with other professors. During the semester everything is cool all the assignments are easy and you do not have to study a lot but once it gets to the final she posts a lot of stuff that you need to study and the final is not same as her quizzes, her final exam is over hard. She takes forever to post grades.

I took Ms. Brown for Econ 002 and I swear that this was definitely the easiest college course I have EVER taken. She really wants you to not only pass, but also get a good grade. She honestly makes it a bit too easy. Final is based off study guide questions. I'm not a straight A student, but this class definitely made it REALLY easy to get one.

This course is not hard as long as you catch up the assignments you will do good. But if I were you I won't take this course with professor brown. She is a very tough grader and take forever to grade the assignments and also she takes forever to reply the emails. She is kind of mean though

This class is pretty simple; just follow the week by week assignments posted and you'll be fine. However, her online quizzes and exams are proctored using a system that detects your every move and makes sure you have no in your room. It's pretty creepy and makes the class much less enjoyable. If I were you, I'd take a different class!!!!

A lot of the curriculum is based on her lecture material that is given in written form per the online class. Trigger Warning: Professor Brown likes to mix political ideology and economic lessons. If you're easily triggered or need a safe space, you might want a different professor. Personally, I like discussing ideas with her. Overall, great profes

Decent intro material. Course material is poorly written, but still readable. The text is written by Brown with support of a Study Guide booklet. Brown makes some attempt to divide lessons into mandatory material that will be quizzed, & additional "rant" material which advances her own libertarian/"prepper" views, but the divide is muddied. Easy A

She makes it very clear on what you have to do. A direct professor but with lots of opinions (some I agreed with while others made me cringe a little). It's an easy A as long as you do the study guide and homework! Even if you don't do well in the final you can get extra credit (30 pts.). She's quick to reply as well! I like her.

Great class. Lectures are clear and all information needed to pass is within her lectures. Always responds to emails quickly. Do the extra credit. Do well on each assignment and quiz. Final is easy if you do well with the rest. For online class: assignments and quizzes due weekly. up to 30 points extra credit. Take her!

I love love LOVE her online classes. She is so specific and clear, she literally can't make it any easier for you to understand. And if you don't, she will always clarify for you over email. I took her for Econ 1 and 2. Her "lectures" are colorful and detailed. Study guides are very helpful too. Take her!
