Patty is nice and her classes are easy if you speak up. She is willing to change grades if you convince her that she did the calculations wrong (which she does quite a bit)..

I love Patty! As a CommCult major I had to take pretty much all of her classes, and she was my academic advisor as well as my capstone advisor. She is an expert in her field. You may not like the classes if you're an engineer because you have to write (God forbid) but I am now working on a master's and am so prepared thanks to her!!

I've taken my share of classes with her and even though she can be a bit ditsy and not grasp technology very well, shes a very well educated prof and knows her stuff. She gets pretty excited about teaching and can trail off at times, but shes a reasonable person and very helpful with classwork. Not all of her classes are a piece of cake...

The most boring class I have ever taken. Not very hard but you'll want to shoot yourself by the time it's over, and the papers are on topics that are not easy to write about.

Very neat lady. I loved her class. She might be a little spacey but she gets you thinking. The class wasn't hard at all, and the assignments were kind of fun. Not exactly tech savvy but don't write her off--she definitely knows what she's talking about, an expert in her field.

The class sounded a lot more interesting than it really was. Needed to write answers to all the readings that you do. The readings last half the semester. Not too hard, but I thought it was more work than this class should require. There were a lot of student presentations. I wouldn't take the class again due to lack of interest, not difficulty.

This teacher is clearly a top scholar in her field--very knowledgeable and relates complex theories to real life. She demands a lot her students intellectually and is with us every step of the way showing us how to be our best. Very well prepared and enthusiastic.

She is nice but she is also crazy. All what i have to say is that she is a talker and once she starts he is like the energizer bunny. The assignments were sort of pointless but what gen ed class isn't

In her deense she is a nice person. However, her class was a mess. She is unclear with assignments and grades them with as much clarity as she teaches them. You cant really avoid taking her for some class but be prepared for some serious frustration.

She is insane!! She forgets everything and is pretty off all the time. Her class is simple but really kinda boring. You don't ever know what is going on and neither will she. She makes you write a lot, so if you don't like to write don't take her!
