O'Brien is a great guy & actually treats students like adults. His management class teaches you good lessons regarding the workplace, and I just always looked forward to going. If you can, definitely take him. He's very helpful but you most likely won't need it in his class. Highly HIGHLY recommend. I didn't need to stress a single bit in his class

Dean O'Brien isn't exactly a great teacher, but he's a really cool guy. His grading is definitely random, but his class does a decent job teaching you to work in groups

After having sat down with him along with my group members, I became more aware of his teaching style. Although at times the class does involve a lot of self-teaching, there is a method he uses. Because most of the assignments/tasks carried forth are in teams...we learn about about what it means to work in an organization.

Guy doesn't teach at all and his classes are a waste of time. He thinks he's the man because he's the dean. Huge project that you have to do a ton of work for. Tests are tough, you basically have to teach yourself, and final grades are made up -- everyone gets a b/b+ no matter what. Don't take him.

Avoid at all costs. He's not helpful at all. His tests are ridiculous. They include things he didnt even mention once. He gives no direction or guidance at all on anything and no due dates on anything. He sits in the back and expects us to teach ourselves.
