It was crazy unorganized and there was misinformation and frustration everywhere. However, you'll have fun doing the actual stuff (ropes course, sled hockey, and skiing.)

Dr. Z is amazing and hillarious! The only downside is his class content is very disorganized and I had no idea what I was supposed to do half the time. I also found the readings to not pertain to class at all. I feel that I don't even need the textbook...

Dr. Zabriskie was a very fun professor in class. He gave good lectures and taught the material well. My only problem with him was that he was not very accessible outside of class. When I did attend his office hours he seemed rushed and annoyed I was there. He's very different one-on-one than he is in a large group.

Beware of asking a question unless you're ready for the class to be derailed for the rest of the period. I felt like the material was hard to follow, especially when a lot of it seems self-explanatory. GOOD information for future employment, though.

He's a very unique professor but really knows his stuff. Dr. Z. has a wealth of knowledge in this field. He was willing to talk about topics that we needed clarification in, and I wish this class were an hour or two longer so that we could cover more content. Yes, a few off-topic-ish stories were shared, but they were appreciated in the moment!

First day of class? We broke a world record. If being a rec therapist is your dream, then this is your hero. He really wants you to learn, but the work really isn't that hard. Just don't procrastinate.

Dr. Z is one of the best professors at BYU. He has real world experience in the field and has an infectious teaching style that hots every learning style. He has a ton of energy and can't ever stay in one place at a time. He cares deeply about each student and will do whatever he can to help you succeed.

He truly does care about each student wants you to understand the material and succeed. He keeps class fun and interesting with creative ways to teach new ideas! In the intro class, he gives two big projects. One is a group project, and the other is a personal project. I enjoyed both and learned a lot. I highly recommend him!

Dr Z is a great TR teacher. He knows his stuff, has a passion for it & is very fun. He seems scattered but it all works out it the end! The things he teaches you are VERY useful - remember and keep them! Wish I had started off my TR studies at the Y with him.

Dr. Z is awesome! He's a very energetic teacher and is easy to listen to. He really cares about his students and is very fair with his students. There is a lot of work, but it is all very useful and each assignment builds upon the next. Go to class, pay attention, and do your assignment and you'll get an A. START YOUR VOLUNTEERING RIGHT AWAY!

Dr. Zabriskie is the man. I loved this class! At first it seems a little overwhelming, keep up with the assignments, you'll do fine. The tests are pretty easy if you go to the review the class before the tests. He makes learning about TR so fun!
