Super easy class. I'm suprised to see all the bad comments. This class is an easy A. There was about 2 homework assignments but homework is not ever graded. There are two tests and a research paper mine was 10 pg., these things are the only things that are graded.

One of the worst teachers I have ever come across at AACC when it comes to teaching style. He talks the whole hour about his jobs, how he owns his own business and his life story. He walks back and forth and jingles the change in his pocket which is really irritating while he rambles consistently. Has you buy like 10 books for nothing. BEWARE

He is actually a fairly easy teacher. the first day of class he makes it seem overwhelming but it's not. you'll take a midterm and a final and you'll write 3 papers, 4 pgs, 2 pgs, and my research paper was 10 pages. most of the class he talks about his life, but when he talks about business just take notes and study them for the tests.

He's an ok guy,but the class sucks.He talks about himself&is colleges pretty much the entire time.He will waste the 50 minute class talking about things from the last class.The research paper is a crock.There is no details about it,yet he says to go to syllabus to find the info!Also made due date of the paper from the 12th to the 5th on the 3rd!

The dude goes on about his education and about how successful he is luckily most of us dropped ASAP so we lucked out. No clarity at all just buy a bunch of books and do stuff not on the syllibus and do a 50 page research paper with no background to do the work... unless your an expert at business or can self teach don't take.

This is one of the teachers that you may HATE on day one. He makes the semester seem impossible to pass (which it obviously is not because i did it and I'm only a 3.0 student). Beware that you will have to write a really long paper. He repeats some info sometimes but he is really smart when it comes to business so I took something out of the class.

I spent one day in his class. Enough for me. Claimed it was the "second hardest class at AACC." It very well may be, but to what end? He is the kind of prof. that is hard just to be hard. Tons of books, requires research paper and oral presentation on research paper. He gave us several busy bee tasks to do on the first day! Avoid...

If you take notes on all of his "Tylerism's" and other things he says to make note of then you will pass. Make sure you read the books he requires you to read. Although he does seem to ramble a bit about some things, some of it is useful. His tests are not that hard if you have studied your notes. He has a lot of experience in business.

I really wish he would just stop instructing at AACC. He is a horrible teacher and he don't give you any work to even know if your passing. The work he gives you he does not explain it to you. I wish I would have listened to the students who told me he was bs because I wasted $726 on this stupid class.

Dr. Tyler is a wonderful teacher! Started off slow, a little misunderstood-midway through-his teaching method evolved. I HIGHLY recommend this professor! If you R a MATURE student, you'll enjoy his style-if you are just out of high school-you may not. You MUST be prepared to EARN your grade-he doesn't give it 2 u. He teaches u 2 b more than u R!
