He really tries to help you learn and explains things in different ways so most people can understand. He teaches well but if you just dont understand a specific piece of material you might have a problem. He gives 4 tests and drops the lowest grade. Also gave us an opportunity for extra credit

Prof High is a really good teacher. He made class very interesting and I learned a lot from him. The class was pretty elementary, although many in the class had very poor background in high school math and as a result did very poorly in the class. Not the prof's fault when they don't work hard enough. They probably should be in remedial math first.

Funny guy, really fun to talk to. Horrible teacher, doesn't go over anything in detail and expects students to know everything right away. Also, he gets a smart attitude with his students which can be very discouraging. Do not take his class. Level of class is way too high for an introductory math class.

Nice teacher. Interesting material. Very easy class. Teacher is very helpful. Some in the class hate math and everything associated with it. Dr. High does a good job in trying to get everyone interested in the subject. p.s. some students should not be going into teaching as a career -- they probably will not get jobs anyway, so no harm done.

Funny guy but thats about all he had going for him. He didnt really go into full detail when teaching everything and would skip steps. He would always say its a new york state law to learn this in high school so im not going to reteach it Thats great but im not from new york and never learned any of this. Which is why i never got anything he taught

Very funny math teacher, rare to find! He actually explains the problems out to make sure that everyone gets it. Math has always been a problem for me, but with him..he made it interesting so it was easier to learn!

A very funny and sarcastic guy. He knows when to get serious though, and teaches very well. He's basically one with the kids. Class can become boring sometimes, but it's always interesting to hear what he'll say next. I had fun and got a good grade. Do the work and you'll be fine

Dr. High is one of the best professors I've ever had. The students who don't do the homework don't like him because he is very demanding -- he wants you to learn. I think he's great.
